Rugged Formsprag LLH Holdbacks and FHB, FRB and HSB backstopping clutches are mounted on headshafts to prevent inclined mining conveyors from running backwards when stopped. Model HSB clutches also prevent reverse rotation of cooling tower fans. Formsprag overrunning clutches provide reverse rotation protection on overland conveyors, fans and HVAC systems.
